Tradecraft documentation

Tradecraft drafts answers to your customers’ security questionnaires from your own approved answers and security documents, then hands them to your reviewers and approvers for sign-off.

Each organization (a tenant) has its own address, members, knowledge and settings. Nothing is shared between organizations.

The app has three main areas, plus Admin for administrators:

• Security Center — the home page. Ask security questions and see your knowledge at a glance.
• Assessments — upload a customer questionnaire and take it through Analyze → Process → Review → Finalize.
• Knowledge Hub — the documents, approved answers and sources Tradecraft answers from, with a health score, gaps and a review queue.
