Review and Finalize
Where each answer came from
Section titled “Where each answer came from”Every answer carries a badge:

Filter by confidence to focus your review: High (80 % and above), Medium (50–80 %) and Low (below 50 %). Answers marked insufficient context are flagged for attention.
Review (reviewers)
Section titled “Review (reviewers)”- Edit an answer in place, flag it, or leave a comment for a colleague.
- Check the cited sources before accepting a draft.
- When the assessment is ready, select Send to Finalize. There is no per-question approval step.
Finalize (approvers)
Section titled “Finalize (approvers)”An approver (or admin) finalizes the assessment:
- The approved answers are saved to the Knowledge Hub as reference answers for future questionnaires.
- Tradecraft writes the answers into a copy of the original file — same format, same layout — ready to download and send to your customer.
How answers go into each format

An answer that has no place in the file, or that is too long for the space, goes to a Responses section inside the same file (at the end of a Word document, on pages added after the last page of a PDF). Where there is room, the question’s space says See response 12 on page 9. The line next to Download tells you how many answers went where.
A digitally signed or encrypted PDF is never changed, because any change would invalidate the signature. Tradecraft returns its answers as a separate document and says so.
