Integrations
Admins connect your organization’s existing knowledge sources in Admin → Integrations (or in Quick Setup step 2). Tradecraft reads them with read-only access and never writes anything back.

Each integration card
Section titled “Each integration card”- Status: Not connected, Connected, Syncing or Error.
- Test connection, Choose scope (which spaces, sites or folders to sync), Sync now and Disconnect.
- Schedule: Manual only, Every hour, Daily (the default) or Weekly.
Copies and synced items
Section titled “Copies and synced items”When you add files from a source with Add from… (Quick Setup or Knowledge Hub → Add), you choose per selection:
- One-time copy — imported once, never changed by a sync, kept after Disconnect.
- Keep in sync — updated on every sync. Changes to a synced completed questionnaire wait in the review queue as Updated questionnaire — N changed answers.
Files removed at the source are archived in Tradecraft, not deleted.
