Review queue and conflicts
Tradecraft’s cataloguing engine runs whenever new knowledge arrives (uploads, finalized assessments, syncs) and nightly. It classifies new items, relates them to what you already have, proposes consolidations of near-duplicates and flags conflicts — answers that contradict each other.
Everything that needs a human decision lands in the Review queue.
Who decides
Section titled “Who decides”- Reviewers triage: they can comment and prepare items.
- Approvers and admins decide: approve, archive or deprecate items and resolve conflicts.
Resolving a conflict
Section titled “Resolving a conflict”Choose one of:
- Keep A or Keep B — the other answer is superseded.
- Merge — combine both into one answer.
- Both are right (split) — they apply to different situations; keep both.
- Dismiss — not a real conflict.
While a conflict is open, answers that cite it carry an under review notice.
Where an item came from
Section titled “Where an item came from”Each item shows its source: Uploaded document, Confluence, SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, MCP · AI tool name or Portal.
