Ways to add people

| Invite | Admin → Users → Invite user | Sends an invitation link valid for 7 days. |
| CSV import | Admin → Users → Import CSV | Columns email, name, role and optionally groups; up to 5,000 rows. Check the Preview, then Import. |
| SCIM 2.0 | Admin → SSO → Provisioning | For Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and other SCIM clients. Generate token shows the bearer token once; Rotate replaces it. |

Groups and roles
Section titled “Groups and roles”With SCIM or directory sync you can map identity-provider groups to Tradecraft roles. Someone in several mapped groups gets the highest of their roles.
Members list
Section titled “Members list”Admin → Users shows each member’s role, status (Invited, Active or Deactivated) and how they were added (Invite, CSV, SCIM, Directory sync, Just-in-time or Sign-up).
Deactivating
Section titled “Deactivating”A deactivated member is signed out and can’t sign in, but everything they did is kept. The last active admin can’t be deactivated.
